Another week, another AI insight to help you streamline, scale, and elevate your coaching!

Hey, Coach!

Another week, another AI insight to help you streamline, scale, and elevate your coaching!

In today’s teachings:

  • How to: 9 ways to use your meeting transcripts for more effective coaching

  • Coaching Prompt of the Week: Rooting out outdated strategies

HOW TO: TURN ANY MEETING TRANSCRIPT INTO A COACHING TOOL

We used to see a big push for having someone take notes during meetings until Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet built the feature right in. Now, transcripts are just part of the package. Google Meet takes it a step further with AI-generated summaries.

But here’s the real opportunity: How do you turn those transcripts into time-saving tools as a coach?

Here are a few ways to get more mileage out of them:

  1. Turn the transcript into a coaching plan

  2. Pull out all of the deliverables you promised

  3. Put together a summary of this client - the strengths, the areas for improvement, etc.

  4. Track mindset shifts over time by comparing transcripts from earlier and later sessions

  5. Analyze language patterns - are they using more confident, action-oriented words or falling into passive, limiting language?

  6. Pull quotes or themes to repurpose into blog posts, social content, or newsletter topics (anonymously of course)

  7. Create FAQs or thought leadership pieces from common questions or insights that keep coming up across clients.

  8. Capture questions or goals to follow up on next time

  9. Review your own coaching style. Are you asking powerful questions? Talking too much? Interrupting?

Save yourself time AND become an even more effective coach with the power of AI!

COACHING PROMPT OF THE WEEK

“What’s one leadership habit you’re holding onto because it used to work but might be holding you back now?”
