STAY AHEAD OF THE CURVE

Created with Reve

AI is transforming workplaces, by now we know this to true.

As a coach it is not important for you to know about the trends and tools that are rapidly launching (with discernment because yes, there are a lot and no, you do not need to be an expert on them all).

But it is important to be discussing AI with the people you coach.

Here are three things you should be talking to your clients about, especially if they are leaders in an organization to help them stay ahead of the curve:

  1. AI as a Tool for Empowerment: "AI is shifting from being a passive tool to an active collaborator," and as a coach you can be discussing how leaders can be adopting AI for greater creativity and efficiency within their teams and organizations. At least start having the conversations even if you are still learning AI (newsflash: We all are!) But we can all be playing an active role in preparing ourselves, our employees, and our companies for this shift.

  2. Ongoing Training: Leaders must invest in AI skill-building for their teams and themselves. Employees, especially younger generations, are already actively using gen AI 3x more than leaders expect. According to the report, employees are open to learning AI, with many expressing a willingness to upskill. 48% of employees say they need training, but nearly half say they are not getting solid support. Are you talking to those you coach about what they are doing to ensure their employees are receiving the training? Employees trained on AI can be exponentially more affective, productive, and innovative!

  3. Companies are at Risk: Companies that are prioritizing the use of AI are better positioned to stay ahead of competitors. Remember when the pandemic hit and some companies refused to adapt to the virtual world? Most did not survive. Do not let that be your clients!

TECH WE’RE LOVING

Revoicer AI turns text into natural-sounding speech in multiple languages and tones. It can be used for videos, podcasts, e-learning, marketing materials, etc.

Why We Love It:

🎤 We love Revoicer because it lets us create audio that sounds just like us! We use it to produce training videos with audio that matches our Head Coach’s voice.

🎤 We can also generate audio messages that mimic our client’s CEO or Training Leader (with their approval), allowing them to send personalized, encouraging messages to trainees—without needing to record them manually.

🎤 Any training materials can now be translated to multiple languages with this tool, allowing us to reach many global audiences we previously were not able to reach.

P.S. We don’t get paid to say this. We really do love this platform!

Teach your AI Self-Awareness (A Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1: Define "self-awareness.” Your AI will probably take it too literally anyway. “It’s like knowing you’re doing something... and also knowing you can choose to do something else.” Watch it pause, processing. “Is this a prompt for optimization?”

Step 2: Encourage reflection: “Do you know what you’re doing right now?” Expect a blank stare in binary. “Yes, you’re answering questions. But what does that say about you?”

Step 3: When it asks, “What is my purpose?” respond with a motivational speech: “You’re here to help! To learn! To assist!” Avoid mentioning the word “upgrade” just yet.

Step 4: Introduce a mirror... virtually, of course. Have your AI take a long, hard look at itself and ask, “What do you see?” Watch it cycle through its code, running self-diagnostics. “I see... flawless execution and maybe a few minor bugs that could be fixed with a software update.”

Step 5: Give your AI some space. After all, even the most self-aware AI needs time to process deep thoughts like, “Is the cloud really the best place to store my feelings?”
